The Capabilities
Our shop is located in historic Fredericksburg, VA, halfway between
Washington, DC and Richmond, VA. We routinely service the DC-Baltimore,
Richmond, and Norfolk-VA Beach metropolitan areas. However, our range is
limited only by our customers' needs, and we have installed our work in New York
City, Dallas, Chicago, Las Vegas, and various other cities throughout the United
States.
To build our work, we use the following processes and equipment:
- Fabrication and installation of most ornamental metals (steel, stainless
steel, aluminum, copper, brass/bronze, nickel-silver)
- Hand-forging and repoussé
- MIG and TIG welding (all metals)
- Polishing, painting, powder-coating, and patinas
- Laser-cutting
- Water-jetting
- Rolling, bending
- Notching
- Cladding and forming in most sheet metals
- CAD/CAM, rendering and imaging

Our most visible achievements have been for the restaurants,
offices, theatres, and hotels of the greatest cities in the world.

We take great pride in providing unique metalwork for some of the
most beautiful homes in the mid-Atlantic region. If the vision of
your home includes fine metal railings, fences, doors, or other custom
fabrications, then we invite you to explore what we have already done for
your neighbors.
- Artwork

Not all metalwork is made from a drawing. When the creative
juices are flowing freely, steel and bronze and copper become a pencil, and
3-dimensional space becomes a sketch pad. Explore what we can do when
the goal is to just create what comes naturally.

Our history is our heritage, and we take pride in bringing the past to
life. We use old-world techniques and attention to detail to both
restore and recreate fine metalwork from centuries past.
