MIKE RODRIGUE has been actively involved in metals fabrication for
almost 50 years, having been a part of his father’s miscellaneous steel
fabrication business. His technical background enables him to offer guidance
in value engineering, design concepts, manufacturing processes and finishing
techniques. His artistic skills enable him to see the finished product in
his mind’s eye…to offer that unique product solution to discerning
clientele. Mike’s experience with various metals offers an advantage in the
marriage of metals to achieve the desired design effect. His adventurous
spirit promotes his desire to always try new things. In working with
clients, the sky is the limit! He has been admiringly called "Mr. Glitz" by
one client, because of his love for shiny metals. He willingly admits that
every day is a joy to him because he derives so much pleasure from his work.

BETSY RODRIGUE has been a part of the metals industry for more than
30 years. She brings her artistry of flower arranging to the art of metal
work. Her sense of balance and color and her ability to listen to clients
enable the finished product to be the perfect marriage of artist and owner.
Quality is the key to success…Betsy’s watchful eye and concern for the
client’s satisfaction assure a successful finished product.

From early in his life, KEVIN
RODRIGUE was learning the finite details of the family business. While
at West Virginia University, he strengthened his artistic skills with a
major in ceramic arts. He was awarded a full scholarship his senior year
based on his varied artistic expertise. His project was a wooden table with
hand-forged steel legs, a table setting of ceramic dishes, and hand-forged
brass cutlery. A six-week study trip to China intensified the oriental
influence in Kevin’s ceramics and his metal work. His great sense of line
fluidity and his ability to think outside the box enable him to see design
solutions when difficult problems arise.

With training in interior design
from WVU,
CRYSTAL RODRIGUE brings varied expertise in style and color to the Team.
Her experience with air brushing and faux painting enable us to broaden the
finish possibilities available to our clients. Because of her educational
background, she has the ability to see the finished product as it would best
compliment its surroundings. As her experience with metals broadens, her
innovative ideas will be a valuable source of inspiration.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude in accounting from WVU, BRIAN RODRIGUE
went off to provide management consulting services to Fortune 500
companies. He brought those project management skills along wth his
business acumen back to the company in 2002. His creative problem solving
and organization skills help to keep projects running smoothly and his
tireless work ethic help to get them complete.
